Kids
Activities are
approximately 1 hour in duration and $10
per child per activity. Includes all
materials and supervision. Meet in Lobby
5 minutes prior to activity.
Family
Activities are
approximately 1 hour in duration. $10
per family. Meet in Lobby 5 minutes
prior to activity.
Fitness
Classes are 30 minutes
in duration $10 per class. Pay per class
or for a series of classes with our
Fitness Punch Pass (transferable among
family members).
Fitness Punch Pass Costs:
5-Punch Pass (5 Classes) $25
10-Punch Pass (10 Classes) $40
Fitness Punch Passes are available to
the general public, community and
guests. Available at the Nonantum front
desk and valid for the 2008 season.

Activity
Descriptions:
All fitness classes are usually 30
minutes in duration. Held outside
weather permitting. Please bring a water
bottle and wear comfortable attire and
sneakers. Equipment and mats provided.
All children's activities are usually
1-2 hours in duration.
Interval Training:
Quick burst of energy followed by slower
concentrated movements.
Power Half Hour: A
quick 30-minutes class of continuous
athletic power movements and free
weights.
Core Conditioning: Core
conditioning focuses primarily on
strengthening the mid-section and the
back. We will be using fit balls,
medicine balls and bands. This is a
multi-level class. Be ready to work your
abs!
Beginner Walk/Jog, Stretch &
Flex: For any beginner wanting
to increase cardio endurance finishing
with light weights and stretching.
Cardio Circuit Sculpt &
Conditioning: Involves moving
from station to station alternating
cardio drills with weights.
Aqua Aerobics: Get a
splash out of exercise! Join us in the
pool for a variety of movements while
having fun.
Limber Lunch Crunch:
For a quick lunch break pick-me-up.
Involves stretching, light core
strengthening and light rubber tube
resistance exercises. (Not a high
intensity work-out.)
Golf Fit: Come join us
for an informative sport specific golf
conditioning & stretching class. Bring a
7 iron, optional.
Mat Pilates: This
full-body workout emphasizes body
alignment, core strength, posture, and
flexibility, using mat and sometimes the
ball. It will help you develop strong
flexible muscles that are long and lean.
Power Walk & Stretch:
30-45 minutes of fast paced walking
followed by a light stretch.
Super Strengthen: Not
for the beginner. Come challenge
yourself with us!
Arts And Crafts: Kids
of all ages will have a fun time making
unique keepsakes from their vacation at
the Nonantum. Light snack will be
provided.
